Central Ky Next Gen Trail
The Central KY Next Gen Trail concluded Saturday, July 20th at Green River Lake.
The father / son team of Kalen Gibson & Parker Gibson took 1st place & big fish. They weighed 3 fish for 10.55 with a 3.75 big fish. They also had big fish for the season in the Central Ky Next Gen Division which qualifies them for the USA Bassin Tournament of Champions to be held on Ky Lake in 2025. The Tournament of Champions has a guaranteed $10,000.00 1st palce prize! Kalen & Parker also qualifed for the Next Gen Classic & any Regioanl Tournamet of their choosing.
The team of Billy Hackworth & Parker Kidwell place 2nd with 8.35. They also finished the division 2nd in points with 394.
With the conclusion of this years Central KY Next Gen Trail we also crowned the Divisional Champions. The team of Jay Hettmansperger & Levi Grubbs finished the trail with 478 points. They also are now qualifed for the Tournament of Champions, as well as the Next Gen Classic & any Regional of their choosing.
Out of the USA BASSIN Central KY Next Gen Trail we have 2 teams qualifed fro the Tournament of Champions, 4 teams qualifed for any USA BASSIN Regional event of their choosing, & 15 teams qualifed for the USA BASSIN Next Gen Classic.
